Sivananda Yoga

Committed to enhancing my healing services alongside holistic cooking, I obtained my 200hr Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher Training certification from the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in the Bahamas.

Sivananda Yoga is a type of Hatha Yoga that centers around five important principles: exercise, breathing, relaxation, diet, positive thinking, and meditation.

This transformative experience not only deepened my understanding of yoga philosophy and asanas, but also fueled my passion for integrating mindfulness and physical well-being into my approach to holistic healing.

Additionally, I also became certified as a Holistic Nutrition Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to better equip my clients on a more comprehensive and successful healing journey.
