I created Offbeetvegan as a passion project fueled by a profound discontent with the shortcomings of our current healthcare system in America. In 2014, I set out on a mission to address the disparities in healthcare, particularly in high-risk communities. I envisioned a bridge connecting health and holistic well-being, and thus, Offbeetvegan was born.

My commitment is simple yet profound: to offer plant-based, holistic meals with a sliding-scale system, making nourishment accessible to all. The food we consume is a powerful catalyst for transformation, impacting not only our physical health but also our mental and spiritual well-being.

Hola, I’m Lo!

Beyond serving nutrient-dense meals, the ultimate goal is to foster community and connect individuals to resources that empower them to achieve peace within their minds, bodies, and spirits. I believe that true wellness encompasses more than just dietary choices—it involves a holistic approach to life.

In 2022, I took a significant step forward by expanding our offerings. Committed to enhancing healing services alongside holistic cooking, I obtained a 200hr Yoga Alliance teacher training certification from the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in the Bahamas in addition to a Holistic Nutrition Coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to better equip my clients on a more comprehensive and successful healing journey.
